Who Are We? :

Elevate is North River’s ministry to students in 6th -12th grade.

What to Expect :

Games and hanging out, engaging teaching, small groups with your friends, and student – led worship. Elevate has other fun events and retreats – a time to get away and build your relationship with God and each other! Elevate participates in service projects, helping with church events, and mission trips to serve underprivileged communities.

If you are in 6th-12th grade we would love to see you!

Summer with Elevate

A little adventure anyone?

Our two day white water rafting adventure in northern Maine is a highlight of our summer! Spend the first night at base camp where there is volleyball, swimming, basketball, frisbee golf, hiking, lounging by the river, and more!

On day one we will raft together in smaller rafts down a river that opens to a stunning 7 mile lake where we have lunch together. Then on to the next leg where we are towed behind a boat to our campsite on the lake. We will enjoy an afternoon of exploring, lounging by the lake, paddleboarding, swimming, and card games. That evening we will experience two of the most talked about parts of the trip… an amazing dinner over the fire and stars like you’ve never seen before!

Day two will start with being towed to the end of the lake where we will start our day of rafting on the Kennebec River. Not only do we have the fun of paddling through some great whitewater, but the Kennebec River Gorge takes us through beautiful landscape and often gives us a glimpse of some bald eagles!

What a Weekend!

At this year’s Deep Freeze Winter Retreat we got to spend the weekend with other students and leaders from all over New England with common purpose… the pursuit of a deeper relationship with God, a whole lot of fun, and growing closer with our friends. Check out the photos below.

2025 Mission Trip to Marion, NC

Elevate & other members of the church went to western NC and worked on homes and businesses of those who lost so much during the flooding from hurricane Helene. We learned so much from their stories and felt pretty blessed to be able to be part of the solution!
