God’s Garden
God’s Garden, located at the far end of our parking lot, began in 2012 with the goal of growing organic vegetables for local food pantries. In the last 10 years, with the help of church volunteers, we have grown and donated over 10,000 pounds of produce including tomatoes, potatoes, onions, lettuce, kale, peas, carrots, string beans, zucchini and yellow squash.
The success of the garden is a function of the dedicated efforts of volunteers who can help periodically with planting, maintaining and harvesting. If you are interested in joining our team please contact Steve “farmer” Hague HERE. No experience is necessary.
