Go Team

Going to the world was one of the last commands of Jesus to His disciples; locally, regionally and internationally. Our team looks to equip people associated with North River to use their gifts and abilities to demonstrate the love of Christ, as well as, verbally express the message of God’s love and forgiveness.

Easter Meals for The Brookview Home and The Rehoboth House

It’s time again to collect and donate Easter Meals for the Rehoboth House and The Brookview Home.  Last year we packed and delivered over 50 meals for needy families across Boston and the South Shore.  Each meal consisted of a 5lb ham, dinner rolls, 2 cans of corn, 2 cans mashed potatoes and 2 cans of string beans, with and a pie for desert. This year we need your help again to help us sponsor these wonderful families.  The Go Team will be donating the hams and the containers we deliver the meals in.

Items needed for each family

2 cans corn

2 cans green beans

2 cans potatoes

Fresh rolls

If you would like to sign up to sponsor and donate to two great ministries  we would love your help and support!  Packing and delivering of the meals will take place on April 8th – please join us at our packing party!

Missionaries We Support

A portion of the Great Commission laid out by the Lord Jesus involved reaching out with the Good News of the Gospel to the edges of the world. To that end, we come alongside the various people and ministries listed below through prayer, encouragement and regular financial giving.

Working Hands

This ministry is designed to engage the congregation, members of North River, and people in our community through needed works projects within our church and throughout the region. Examples of work to be done: build ramps for accessibility, handy-man repairs, yard debris removal for those without the means or ability to do it for themselves. We extend the loving hands of God to help those in need through our working hands.
