The Leadership Formation Adventure
The Leadership Formation Adventure is our Leadership Development program at North River. The purpose of TLFA is to invest in individuals who desire to lead, equip them for leadership, and empower them to help shape the direction and future of North River.
Leadership is vital for a healthy and growing church. A healthy church needs leadership for various ministry and teaching roles. When leaders are developed, the church becomes more effective in achieving its mission, and creates a leadership culture that is pervasive throughout the church.

The BIG Event
Serving Our Community
The Big Event is our annual, all-church Service Project. On a Sunday, usually in the Fall, we head out after church to serve our local communities. Projects include yard work & landscaping, painting & repairs, stocking food pantries, cleaning beaches.
On our Big Event day in September of 2021 almost 200 people completed 20 service projects!

Working Hands

Working Hands, part of the GO Team, is one of the ministries that embodies service at North River Church. . Our objective and core purpose are to Go and actively “Serve” those in need within North River Church, and the local community by literally being the “Hands and Feet” of Jesus.

Join us as we serve our region, and the world.
Going to the world was one of the last commands of Jesus to His disciples; locally, regionally and internationally. Our team looks to equip people associated with North River to use their gifts and abilities to demonstrate the love of Christ, as well as, verbally express the message of God’s love and forgiveness.
