We are here to help you connect with meaningful ministry as you grow in faith, in community and in fellowship at North River.

Worship

North River’s Worship Team is always looking for people to join the Team.  Whether it’s singing or playing an instrument, we would love to hear from you.   If you would rather be behind the scenes, there are lots of opportunities in our video, sound or media dept.  Contact Dave Bailey.

Children’s Ministry

Teaching and caring for Children at North River is a most important role.  We have many opportunities for people at any level to be invloved with our Children’s Ministry.  For more information, contact Amy Lynch.

Student Ministries

Student Ministries is one of the busiest ministries here at North River. With Elevate serving children grade 6 through high school, the need for dedicated volunteers is high. If you are interested in serving with this important ministry please contact Pastor Kristie.

GO TEAM

Going to the world was one of the last commands of Jesus to His disciples; locally, regionally and internationally. Our team looks to equip people associated with North River to use their gifts and abilities to demonstrate the love of Christ, as well as verbally express the message of God’s love and forgiveness. God’s Garden

God’s Garden is a labor of love run by Steve and Pat Hague since 2012.  Over 2500 lbs. of vegetables and herbs are harvested and donated to local food pantries and individuals in need each year.  The garden has beds that can be adopted and training is provided.  Anyone interested in finding out more should contact STEVE HAGUE

Panera Ministry

There are lots of opportunities to serve with our Panera Ministry.  Whether its picking up at night, delivering to a pantry or shelter, or getting food ready for distribution on Sunday mornings, we always need a helping hand.

Connection Ministry

The Connection Ministry is blessed with many opportunities to experience the love of God by greeting and welcoming people to North River. If you are interested in ushering, greeting, working at the Welcome Center or setting up refreshments on Sunday mornings we have a place for you. Contact us HERE.

Working Hands Ministry

Working Hands works to extend the loving hands of God to help those in need within our Church and our Community. We do general home repairs, yard clean-up, painting and other various projects. If you would like to join our team Click Here  to fill out a volunteer form.

Production Team –

Calling all creatives!!  The North River Production team is looking for individuals to join our team!  Over the past 6 weeks we have moved all of our services online! Prayer Ministry

The Prayer Ministry, run by our Deacons, responds to prayer requests that are sent to us by phone, email or in person.  We also staff  a Prayer Room on Sunday mornings. For more information contact the Deacon’s Chair.

Facility Upkeep

Our Facilities Manager oversees all vendors who work on our property and manages a great volunteer team to keep the inside and outside of our building and property looking great. To help or to offer comments, contact our Facilities Manager.

Plant Ministry

North River’s Plant Ministry is an arm of the Deacons Team, run by Joan Richards. Joan takes thoughtful care in choosing the perfect plant or flower arrangement for select occasions. Contact the Deacon’s Chair for more information.

Medical Response Team

This team stands ready to help in case of any emergency we have here at North River.  If you would like to donate your time to this very worthy cause, contact the Deacons Team. 

Decorating Team

Every season North River lights up and looks fabulous thanks to the work of our incredible decorating team. This team transforms our church into a winter wonderland, a spring garden and fall festivity.  It is a labor of love and takes a great deal of work.  They are always looking for help from men and women with fresh ideas. Contact our Facilities Manager to volunteer.

Card Ministry

North River’s Deacon’s Team coordinates a card ministry that sends thoughtful and meaningful cards in times of joy and sorrow. Contact the Deacon’s Chair to get involved.
